At 123Backflow, we make the following commitments to our customers.
Exceptional Service - We’re local and have certified and experienced backflow testers on our staff that will ensure your test is performed correctly with the latest equipment. We’ll share your test results with you and file your test result with your county. If you schedule a test with us, we’ll complete it before your deadline, otherwise it’s 100% free!
Competitive Prices - We charge $125 per test and and offer $50 credit for new customers. We don’t charge any hidden fees and don’t try to upsell you on services you don’t need. If your backflow assembly test fails, we will let you know why, give you an estimate, and ask for your approval before fixing. If you’ve got a better quote from another tester, send it to us and we will let you know if we can match it!
Hassle Free - We know you are busy and don’t want to have to deal with your test. That’s why we offer a 100% digital process - you can schedule a test and pay online. We’ll send you a reminder notice when your next test is due. Most customers don’t even need to be home when we conduct your test. You can always text, call or email us but we want to make your test as easy as possible for you.
